Shipping Policy – Pak Traders

Thank you for shopping with Pak Traders.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable delivery through trusted courier partners.

Within Pakistan

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other regions: 4–7 business days

Actual delivery may depend on customs clearance, local courier networks, weather, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Customer’s location

  • Weight/size of the order

  • Courier service selected

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s tracking page

If you do not receive tracking details, contact us and we will assist you.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) 

  • COD may be available in select cities and for specific order amounts.

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delays.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Pak Traders is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Returned shipments due to failure to receive or collect the parcel

Reshipping fees may apply for orders returned to us due to incorrect address details.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but in rare cases:

Lost Packages:

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.

  • Upon confirmation, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages:

  • Please report damage within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Provide photos or video evidence for review.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


9. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Political situations

  • Courier workload

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect customer information

We will assist you in resolving courier-related issues, but delays beyond our control are not the responsibility of Pak Traders.
